Welcome to the StaGoners web page. We are one of three chapters in Georgia with members from (but not limited to)  Warner Robins to Columbus and all areas South. Our mission is to meet and greet old friends and new members. 

Each weekend is hosted by one or several members. The campground and any or all activities are planned by the hosts.

We meet the first full weekend during the months of February, March, June, August, October, November and December.  ( During the other months we meet as a State Group.)

Newcomers & Guests

The StaGoners would love to have you visit and see what we are all about. Your first visit is at the courtesy of the club. Your only responsibility would be the cost of the campground. A schedule of events is attached. Just notify any of the officers and we will give you further directions.

The weekend of June 11-13 brought us together at Emerald Lake RV Park in Collquit, Georgia. Ten coaches present; two were guests from Florida.

The hosting duties were provided by the Byrnsides and Carrolls.  And what hosts they were; providing a hotdog roast over a campfire in 100 degree weather!!!!

 

And  hot it was! Triple digits all 3 days, but we managed to have a great time despite the heat. A watermelon social helped a lot! As usual, chef John put on a great Saturday am breakfast and we all partook a great seafood buffet at the campground.

We all managed to get together and catch up on everyone’s news. We even learned a new card game; right - left – center. But “Chase the Ace” will never die.

 

 

Great friends and great times make us look forward to our get together at Cecil Bay RV Park in August.
